Hey there 👋🏼 I'm Noelle Roberts and I help women prioritize their wellbeing- even when life has gone off the rails! You're likely here because you're FED UP settling for a body a that's disregulated and unable to get results. I get it. I was there too. I'm a widowed mom and entrepreneur- so disregulation, trauma-induced anxiety and a body that struggled to make it through the day are a little too familiar for my liking. But I'm here because I didn't stay there. I got curious about how I could understand and care for my body and refused to believe that this was just "the way it is" after life went off the freaking rails. And, over lots of trial and error, I figured out how to actually listen to the wisdom of my body, learned how to soothe my nervous system's alarm bells and build back stronger than I ever thought I could (no cold plunge required 🤪). There's no gatekeeping here- I want to teach you everything I learned without the long learning curve I had. Grab your mat and let's dive in
